Abstract

|
The authors attempted to prepare the EO-antisera against eleven strains of Escherichia coli types (02, 08, 014, 026, 041, 071, 078, 0112, 0115, 0119, 0121) which had been considered to cause the infantile diarrhea.
The seed cultures preparing EO-antigens and their antisera were delivered from the International Escherichia Center, Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Procedure adopted in the experiment were performed according to the technique of twice intravenous injections which administered with 100,00㎎ of the "Roshka´s dried organisms treated with acetone.
The results obtined were summarized in this coutinued report No. 2, and it was confirmed that the EO-antigens and their antisera could be prepared by means of the mass production cleme in the future.
Particularly, performed by means of injecting twice intravenously with 100.00㎎ of E Organisms, all the above types of EO-antisera were not always available, for testing of the serological analysis.
